A lot of people seem to be giving Bush way to much credit in thinking that there was a conspiracy contrived on 9/11. What do you think? Why?

My biggest problem with the conspiracy theorists is that some how the most complex plot of all times, which would require thousands of people to pull off, that would have taken years of planning, would require pinpoint planning and falsifying information that was years old, all apparently happened in a little more than a year of Bush taking office.

So some how they managed to find the thousands of people who would be so loyal to a president that had only been in office a short time, to agree not too blab about any of it for the last 6 years (we cant even tap terrorist phone calls without the papers splashing it all over the place).

they managed to compress years of planning in to a few months.

now if you believe some theories the world trade center was loaded with c-4 to accelerate the demolition... but some how 2 giant planes managed to hit the two spots in the buildings where the c-4 would not have instantly detonated during the explosion.

and then the documents and evidence showing that there was Intel about the potential of this plot back in Clinton's time in office, can only be explained if Bush had a time machine to go back in time and plant among Clinton's own records.

All this and more all happened with in a year of taking office...

not only is that impossible, it is illogical, ignorant and just plain asinine to think in any way shape or from was bush or any one in his administration directly responsible for 9/11.

now that is not to say there is no culpability. there could have been more done in hunting down the threat, but hindsight is 20/20 and it's also not a crime.

oh and the very best part of all these conspiracy theorists, if you can disprove any of their "Proof" (which is usually "loose change") they automatically call you a brainwashed idiot.

Sorry I prefer proven science like physics, over some guy who slapped together a one sided video in his bunker/mom's basement.

I think that 9/11 conspiracy theory requires that Bush be a public spokesman, but not one of the active planners (that would be Cheney and his Project for a New American Century cohorts). He is indeed not capable of playing a major role in such a plot, and has had enough trouble just avoiding giving the whole thing away in press conferences, etc, when he so often chokes when asked difficult questions.

I don't think Bush masterminded the 9/11 attacks. I do think he held back from doing what he could to prevent the attacks.

a conspiracy is plausible,,, it would make Bush look smarter than I feel sure he is,,,, but,, who knows. Cheney,, on the other hand seems just evil enough to concoct the attacks of 9-11,, to give credence to the invasion of Iraq.

Occam's razor - The most obvious answer tends to be the truth.

There are a thousand questions about 9/11 and the Iraq war that have no other answer that fits the picture so perfectly. They answer to the dollar, plain and simple. The treasury is a private group of investers from around the world that America owes it's future to, currently. Lenders and interest are the stuff bankers dreams are made of. Our deficit is relatable to owing the mob money. But we need to keep our heads up and remember Jesus loves you.

Oh yes it is much bigger than Bush. Actually

I heard it might have been done by the Free Masons and the Boy Scouts in a joint effort to rule the world.

Bush has mean devious people surrounding him. Even though he does not have the 'smarts' some of them do.
And he fits right in with the crowd in many other ways.

i can't resist but have to point out to stefan that occam's razor says the SIMPLEST answer is probably right...there is no requisite for it to be obvious

as for conspiracies...i don't give bush much credit at all...cheney and rice, however, definitely knew more than they let on...bush is a tool

Yes. On one hand he's a bumbling idiot, but on the other he is the smartest criminal in the history of the world. Make up your mind.
