Maybe... I think fan loyalty goes beyond the performance and politics happening today in the team.
The Lakers will always be the Lakers, in good times and bad, and real fans will always believe that.
I hope that we have better fans that the Chicago Bulls had when Jordan was doing his thing, when fans enjoyed their team, sold stadiums out, filled seats, bought tons of team merchandise, followed the team, supported them...

Doc has owned them for over 25 years now, and theyve made two dominant runs, with different teams in different eras (3 if you count before the move)...they will come back again, give them time... few other teams have a winning tradition like the Lakers...hang on to that towel...these are tough times...thats all

No Way! As long as Jerry Bust is running things they will always be a contender. Some things just take time. I've been disappointed by them at times this year too. They are still in the rebuilding factor though as far I see it. They will turn around though. GO LAKERS!

everyone has seen this year how much of a punk kobe is, three elbows within about a month? hes nothing without shaq, and the lakers will never be any good with just him
