i dont know where to start my school doesnt have drama class and i dont stay near a theater i need help know

Race shouldnt have anything to do with it dude. Its the same for everyone else, audition until your blue in the face, if your good, you'll get some work. You might have to travel to get those auditions.

Like everyone else. Find an acting school or acting teacher in the city where you live.
If you don't know of any, call the Community Theatre in the city where you live and ask where you can take acting lessons. You can also call the Theatre Department of the Universities in the city where you live and ask them for recommendations on acting teachers.

try looking online for acting classes, or talk with teachers at your school about starting a drama club
one more thing....look for a private acting teacher
