There are some states that have coasts on one of the Great Lakes. These are not included above: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pa

Lots and lots of them- Ohio, Indiana, Michigan (unless you count the great lakes for Ohio and Michigan), Kentucky, Kansas, Iowa, Montana, Idaho, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming, etc. A lot.
