I really want to have an awsome birthday. So I need to kno what I can do to make it so. I would really like some sites on what to get and what to home on a LOW LOW budget. I kno going throught the isles of a 99cent store is a good idea. But what should i get and what else can I make?

You can do a theme party... for example, Hawaiian. You could get cheap leis, flowers, play hula music, etc.
Pick a theme that you like and go wild with it...
This site (http://www.party411.com/themes.html) has a bunch of great ideas and there is always a way to find low-priced decorations.

hey listen if you want it to rock you need money, here are some ideas on how to get the money.
1. make a candy sale in school.
2. work at a store that gives lots of money
3. ask your parents, duh...
okay now that you have money.
1. choose if you want to have the party at home or at a location, try to keep the location cheap but big, not too big though make sure that your guests are being squeezed in the room that shows that its got lots of people.
2. make anice invite card on your computer, make sure to start the invite with :
You are cordially invited to ...... 15th Borthday party.
3. get a DJ, even if you dont wanna hire, get a friend to do it, but make sure he knows how to handle the stuff like to scratch or mix. not to just play music.
4. Food! make sure your food is small but filling, make sure its tasty aswell stay on finger-food that fills like plates of sushi,everyone loves sushi, or little food you can eat in cups like chinese chickes soup or noodle soup. oh and don't forget drinks that are popular in ur area and a Cake!!
5. last but not least make you party a big deal invite loads of people even thoughs your not very familiar with oh and make sure! if your planing to make you party really good and safe. Get door men, it can be a really strong guy in your skl or just older brothers dressed up in suits, it will look cool, oh and most important get some to make photos and then post you pics on a website you create or some blog that anyone that was at the party can visit, too mkae it fancy add to you website a username they have to type in.
If you follow these rules this party will be talked about till 2008! or even longer till some day someone beats it, don't worry that wont happen for a while. good luck and happy bday!
