Mobile home systems are a bit of a niche market, if you go to the intertherm website, you can use their dealer locator. Their website uses frames, but on the bottom left hand corner, there is a link for Dealer/Service Locator to find a local rep in your state. There is another brand found in Trailers called Miller, but don't let anyone fool you, Miller/ Intertherm are the same company, and their trailer furnaces are made in the same factory.

The furnace sounds relatively new judging by the ratings, check with an Intertherm/ Miller dealer they should have a very similar equivalent. Also Coleman makes mobile home furnaces.
Also some mobile home supply houses have furnaces, I really don't think installing it would be a hard job for a do it yourselfer but just make sure you do it right you don't need gas leaks.
I replaced a gas mobile home furnace with an electric one and it wasn't so hard, the hardest part was rewiring a new box, like most things in a mobile home their furnaces are modular and relatively easy to replace.
