del key and one of arrows keys don't work, I am runing win xp sp2, help please.?

Sounds like a keyboard issue, try another one or try this one on a different system. Current keyboards seem to last only a couple of years in daily use.

The keyboard may be damaged.

have you tried another one.

If may also be dirty. Try turning it upside - down and shaking vigorously.
