Doesn't the buttered cat paradox seem like it would work better with two cats?

but then it would be a cat/butter sandwich and that never lands either butter-side down or on its feet, so it would not just hover in mid-air, but probably explode with the force of a matter-anti-matter interaction of equivalent size, destroying our entire Solar system (except for a few small bodies way out past the Oort cloud)

No, but it does work better with peanut butter.
