I think if it is difficult to say and does not have any specific cultural meaning, then you should find a name that is spelled like it sounds. In other words, are you going to spell it Nah-vi-on-na? If it does mean something, then you should give it more context in your question. As it is, I am also not a fan.

No, be sensible if you have to break it down for others................. So will your child for EVER. I think this is a horrible thing to do to a child, Fad names are odd and hard to spell and say............... People need to think before giving a name that's going to make the child get teased for a lifetime. If you are firm in your decision, give it a normal middle name so it has one to fall back on......... And dont be surprised if the child has it changed when they get older........

I had a fad name and came home crying everyday....... What you feel is cute and unusual now will haunt them for a lifetime.

I'm sorry but, I don't like that name at all. But, you did ask. You have to be able to take the criticism....You will catch a lot of it if you choose to go that way.

I was looking for the East Indian girl's name for which "Navi" is the nickname...What is the origin of your name? I kind of like it, as long as she uses an easy nickname, like "Navi". I am looking for cute E.Indian names for a baby (not sure boy or girl yet)

NO! Nahvie sounds okay though, but I'm not sure how you'd spell it to get it pronounced correctly b/c it doesn't look good like that. Good luck.

nope. sounds a lot like neveah, which is equally lame. i don't care if it is the word heaven spelled backwards. even jesus himself would think that was a stupid name. but i digress. the one you have suggested is bad. try again.
