T-Mobile is very crooked. I would advise against them. Doesn't matter who you talk to, how many employee numbers you get, they only notate what they feel like notating. I have had so many problems with them I terminated my contract. I knew someone who worked for them who told me their supervisors wanted them to only document certain issues...basically if you change your plan and downgrade..or even upgrade....they might not notate that causing overage fees or what not. Unfortunately they worked there after I had all ready switched. Just a heads up.

I had t-mobile for 2 years didn't face any troubles but recently my friend was complaining about the charges they made on his account (MMS and minutes they put on his account). The worst part they don't give credit neither take those remarks seriously. You should be cautious when looking at your bills.

I've never had any problems with t-mobile I've been a customer for the past three years. They have excellent customer service and eveything is pretty much straightforward. No extra charges. No complaints from any of my other friends or fam either.

in my opinion there is always going to be at least one person who is dishonest no matter what compant you go with but you just have to find one you like and if you want more controll maybe try prepaid I currently jhave t-mobile and i love verizons coverage but there are lots outhere so keep doing what your doing with asking others what thry think and maybe you'll find a good one that works for you.

Nobody forces people to sign those Cell Phone Contracts. If you dont like the price, use a diffrent carrier.

FYI, thats why, before you pay your bill, you look over it.

t mobile sucks....a lot.... I suggest when your plan ends, switch to a different company. t mobile is really unreliable, i get like 2 dropped calls every day. When i switched to t-mobile, in my first month i spent 20$ using AIM. and i only went on there prlly 5 min total. most of them were incoming from like AOL message board or something. I dont know for sure, but i think they like sell your info to like AOL or something, because they get money from incoming texting, and AOL gets to advertise... so i really don't trust it... yet my parents like it because... its so cheap...
