in dating. like if someone was at the age of consent, in this case 16, how many years older could the other person be? (in NV) a site would really help to. thanks.

in most states it is 4 years, so if you are 16 you can have consensual sex with some who was 20, with no problems. But as soon as they turn 21 your parents can file rape charges because they are over the 4 year limit and you are under the age of 18

If you are above the age of consent you can bonk anybody of any age that you want. As long as everybody agrees you can bounce around 80 year olds. PS. I don't know what country Ariell is in but in the US the age of consent is just that it may not be pretty but it is legal

There are no laws to regulate DATING ages, if you mean going out together. Laws only regulate sexual relationships. Where those are concerned, once the person reaches the age of consent, there are no restrictions on the age of the person s/he can consent with.

once you're 18 that's criminal to have intercourse, yet no longer with a minor. you won't be able to be 18, and have intercourse with every person youthful then you certainly. although you will properly be 17, and have intercourse with a 13 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old..... even though it nonetheless no longer that "suited".
