You are not fat. You are perfectly fine. In fact, it sounds like to me that you are an ectomorph. The slight curves that you have can be to your advantage. In fashion, you can wear just about anything. It's unhealthy for a woman to have a waist circumference of more than 35, men more than 40. You're not even average. Average is size 16! I'm tired of women listening to society. That does more harm than help. I remember when size 8 to 10 used to be ideal. Most models in the 80s were size 6 to 8. (And wasn't that decade known for women trying to work out harder and getting a hard-to-achieve toned, but not too muscular physique?). Now models are between size 0 and 2. Size 0 used to not exist. Ideal is now waifish, but I know a few men who think that's nasty. I used to think I was fat. Of course, at size 16-18, I was. Listen to your husband. He says, he thinks you're perfect. He's not lying; he's being blunt.

Now, I know that society has a way of misguiding, and many women think that it's normal to have a waist between 25 and 27 inches. Most women can not achieve that. The 20s are for teenage girls, who are not full-grown. I know Asian women who have measurements like yours.

Look at the thousands of websites that advertise how to lose so and so pounds in a matter of weeks or different exercise routines...like sit ups. Perhaps you could do 20 a day and see the difference in a month? Or go on some kind of healthy diet?

First and foremost, if someone doesn't like you the way you are, F them! You see this world has so many people that judge people off of looks and never look whats inside. Beauty is beauty, and if your husband see's it, then obviously you are beautiful to him, and that's the bottom line!

Now if you think you need to lose weight, then that's a personal decision that you make on your own. I would recommend speaking to a dietician or your medical doctor to see ways to lose weight. A fitness instructor at a gym is an excellent choice too!

You are not fat at all and to get a smaller waist you need to exercise. It also depends on how you are built

try finding out your BMI, it's probably close to normal because of your height. Many people want to lose weight these days, even I do, as I am 5'2" 115. that is completely normal but society says otherwise, so if you, and i want to change we'll just have to exercise more and watch what we do.

Your weight is where it should be for your height. You could tone up your abdominal muscles and reduce your waist size but extreme dieting shouldn't be necessary. Learn to like yourself as you are as long as you are healthy.

Check your BMI. it should say the under,average,over-weight. If YOU think you're fat, dont talk about it, take ACTION. Eat heathly (less junk) and work out. I really cant tell you if you're fat. Only YOU can. My friend is 5'6 and 130, but she seems average. Its up to you to edcide this.
