in the episode half wit, why does house say that no woman should die without the feeling when cameron is kissing him? what feeling?

The feeling that a man wants to kiss them back, in particular that he wants to kiss them back. She was saying "But you kissed me back?" and he responds "I don't think any woman should die not knowing what that feeling fells like." Remember, he never took her seriously when she had a crush on him earlier in the series and he know she is fooling around with Chase but that they are not serious, so he assumes she needs to know what a real kiss feels like being as her husband was ill and dying of cancer so it is doubtful that he was ever healthy enough to plant a proper kiss on the girl. He prides himself on knowing just how to kiss a woman. And it must be true, she noticed the difference and wasn't offended in the slightest. Now all the girls are going to want some. It will be a kissing booth fundraiser at the hospital. House on one aisle and Wilson on the other doing their best for charity. Then Cuddy can let men grab her butt for even more money. Anything for the hospital.

He was talking about she shouldn't have to die not knowing what it felt like to kiss him because she thought he was dying and he was just being sarcastic and full of himself - like he did her a favor to let her see what it was like to kiss him.
