sort of. some men have very sensitive nipples and others dont. Just like with women, some are very sensitive and some are not. everybody is different!

To a degree, yes. Now wait, let me explain the difference to you please. See, the male body makes testosterone, the female body estrogen. Testosterone helps a males body be denser (in the thickness of skin and of general muscle mass that is) and less able to "feel" the same things like a woman's body does. So if you're playing with your lovers nipples you may have to use a little more pressure than you normally would for yours. Not much though, just a bit more than you would fine enticing and enjoyable!

I am not sure if it is the same, but my nipples (I am male) are sensitive and i feel real if a girl licks or sucks them.

It's an individual thing. I used to think that a woman's were more sensative, but mine are way more sensative than my fiance's... and she loves it because she can turn me on in a tweak any time she wants.... :P
