Four Winns is a really well made boat. I had one rock solid as for the price? It seems a little steep? I would check it out with a bank! Whats the condition of the boat what type of motor is in it??

I sold boats for 2 years, 2004/05, for a dealer in the Atlanta, Ga area. Four Winns boats are some of the best built, especially in the smaller categories as you have. Your asking price maybe a little high if it is a 4 cylinder. The boat's value on the market if a 6 cylinder maybe closer to $20,000 if in excellent shape with low hours, 100 to 200.
You can also go to NADA.com under used boats to determine the price.

What you want is a direct answer, Unfortunately the answer is .... It depends:
Check the following things out and I hope this will help you get closer to your answer.
New or used?
If new call a four winds dealer out of you area... if you live on the coast call the midwest or vis versa. Google dealers in the area you are going to call into. Ask for a price in the same foot and engine power. Then compair.
If used... that is a bigger question:
Why are they selling the boat? It's a year old boat???
Was it used in fresh water or salt water?
Was it near a hurricane path??? (Lots of damaged boats are being fixed up and sold)
Does it come with the trailer?
If so surge brakes? That is a plus when trailering. Does the trailer come with road side emergency kit? Have the brakes and bearings looked at by your marina mechanic.
I/O (Inboard/Outboard) or Outboard only
How many hours on the engine?
Was the service done as required in the manual?
Ask for a service log and who did the service?
Call the marina that did the service and ask to see the records.
Was the boat mostly used as a Ski tow boat or fishing boat? Slamming an engine into full power constantly creates different wear paths vs a fishing boat that trolls....
Check the prop and Skeg (The fin at the lowest part of the engine) is is dinged up, cracked, or looked abused?
This is an indicator of impact and can warn you that service may be required.
Are the seals leaking? when was the lowerunit serviced last?
Glass:
How does the fiber glass look to you?
Scratches, fading, is is highly buffed? or dull?
Look that the hull; Does is have blisters? or is it smooth?
Is the hull painted with bottom paint or gelcoat?
Any big dings in the hull?
Check the bilge area... Oil? lots of dirt and crap in the corners of the bilge? Or is it clean?
Battery contition?
Check the windows, feel any moisture? look at the bas of all doorways, hatches.... any condensation? standing water? Does it feel wet?
What electronics are included? GPS? Chart Plotter? Fish Finder? Depth / sounder? Marine Radio? Stereo? does it all work?
Was the boat COASTGUARD Saftey inspected and certified and still has all saftey eqpt on board?
Other stuff: Does it come with PFD (Life vests?)? if so how many?
Anchor & line? 1 or 2 anchors?
Dock Lines? If so how many you need 4 at a minimum.
Bumpers? 2-3 are a min.
Saftey kit: Flares, Flag, dye markers, paddle, etc...
Ski tow lines & ski's? Tube?
Does the boat had a swim platform?
Does it have a swim ladder?
Call the Four Winn HQ in Catalic Michigan, ask for the service department, and ask if any service bullitins are out for this model and make?
Marine insurance was their a claim againt this boat?
That is my 15 minutes of thought on this. Good luck and happy boating.

Is it new or used? If it's used, bad price! You can buy a new 2006 one for around $21,000! Check this out...
