Well you can start by changing your eating patterns....try eating 4-5 small meals a day, with a greater focus on fruits, veggies, and a source of protein (meat or tofu). Don't eliminate carbs completely from your meals but try to eat a lot less of them. In addition, do a variety of exercises during the week...try running, biking, and/or weightlifting 3-4 times a week. If you maintain this plan for several months, you will not only be in much better shape, but you will feel better too...good luck buddy

Ok dude heres how. Im warning you though what i am about to tell you IS DANGEROUS unhealthy, and incredibly difficult to maintain. First drink nothing but water. NO EXCEPTIONS. Second eat a cereal bar for breakfast NO MORE. and finally eat a microwavable bowl of soup for lunch and supper. NO MOre. All in all you will only be eating around 800 calories a day. It sucks, but it works.
