math help!! slope equation...?

please show your work!!! i want to know how to find it! ok heres the problem, find an equation for the line with a slope of -4 and x-intercept of 7.

y = mx + b

0 = (-4)(7) + b
0 = -28 + b

28 = b

y = 7x + 28
