ok i am a 16 year old male i am not circumcised but i have a little problem wen i recive oral it hurts..........its happend 3 times n its to painful to go down there ..........not all together just under the skin ...its nice if its not touched underneath its just i guess its so sensitive it hurts >.< i dont no what to do its kind of wierd

You need to see a doctor and dont be embarrassed, that is not normal for it to hurt like that, i would seriously talk to your parents and there is not need to be ashamed to tell them, and tell them that you want to go to the doctor and see what is wrong. Left untreated it could get worse and more serious.

YOu need to do a better job of cleaning that area down there after each bath you need to air dry it out for a while take it out and let it hang out and wave air at it but don;t startpalying with yourself. Just dry it up.

It is normal for it to be very sensitive in that area especially if the skin is tender from seldom drying out. You might have some fungus down there too.
It is not safe to get oral sex. You can pick up vernereal diseases and besides that you are cheating on your wife.
