Depleted uranium is a byproduct made when processessing natural uranium... Depleted uranium will not undergo a nuclear chain reaction because some of the uranium-235 and most of the uranium-234 have been removed... Because of its high density , availability and its spontaneous combustion when exposed to air, depleated uranium is very popular in munitions.. When depleated uranium is used, rounds penetrate armoured vehicles and either pass right through or penetrate and ricochet around inside creating more damage.
Diposing uranium is securing or managing uranium waste...

Not a scientist but I believe depleted uranium that is used in armor peircing rounds cannot in any way be made into a bomb but I think your teacher must be confused on what you meant to say.

I'm more confused than you. I can't understand the question. What i do know is that we don't have an answer for nuclear waste. The supposition originally was that we would over a period of time learn technologies to neutralize the waste but up to now we aren't a scintilla closer to solving that problem.

In time she would be able to. I certainly doubt with the fan base she has she might cancel the e book altogether. as quickly as she gets over her sadness of it being leaked, she'll go returned and proceed writing. probably due in the summertime of 2009. (Guessing).
