I don't follow any type of sports much, but since I everyone is big Red Raider fans where I work, I thought I should know a little bit about our chances.

They will playing Georgetown in the second round. I have them winning the first game in a close one against BC but I am sorry to say I give them a 5 percent chance of beating G Town.

OK, tonyamail2002, I actually am a HUGE sports fan, especially NCAA basketball, so here's my guess: Texas Tech is going to be out in round 1 to Boston College. Any Bobby Knight-coached team is going to keep it close, but BC has Jared Dudley, who I would take over Jarrius Jackson in a clutch situation. I could definitely see the Red Raiders getting through BC to the second round, but realistically the only way that they can beat Georgetown is if Roy Hibbert gets injured in round 1 against Belmont.

EDIT: Orzoff - Rice is a sophomore, not a frosh.

One and done for Texas Tech. They will not beat Boston College who is playing very well right now behind Jared Dudley and the super-frosh Tyrese Rice.

Al Skinner teams always overachieve in the tourney.

Maybe it's just me. But doesn't anyone see a steamroller called Georgetown waiting in the second round? Sorry gang, the party ends there.

I agree that Vanderbilt will beat Texas Tech in the third round. I just can't seem to rule out any Bobby Knight team, especially since they beat my team, the Aggies, both times they met this year.

I actually have A&M beating Penn, Louisville, Nevada, and then losing to Ohio State. Because the bottom of the bracket in the South is so weak, A&M just needs to get by Louisville (if Louisville can beat Stanford, which I have them doing). Even the boys as ESPN have A&M matching up against Ohio State in the Elite Eight. However, Oden and the Buckeyes will be too much for A&M's lack of a serious inside presence.
