2 that I know of. The orginal ending in the last 2 episodes of the anime and than the movie ending. There might be a different manga ending, not sure on that. They are also making some new Evangelion movies, 4 i think, in Japan soon, though I am not sure where they fit into the series.

Two so far. The anime ending and movie ending. However, theyre now doing a remaking of the series (in production), and that is rumoured to have a different ending also.
