how do you feel abot the dell vista upgrade. I have a freee upgrade to Windows vista, how do you feel about Vista itself. shall I do It or not. I have until the last of March

Vista is an engineering nightmare. It has terrific overhead, consumes huge amounts of system resources, has built in security (such as digital rights management) that benefit Microsoft and partners but cause you total havoc. It's core kernel system has been changed, which did little to improve security, but caused chaos for all the antivirus companies.
Vista is turning out to be the worst operating system Microsoft has ever released. Go ahead and download your update package if you like, but DO NOT install Vista until you're forced to, or they make major changes.
