They are in the longest relationships with the individuals they like the most -- and often that has little if anything to do with sexuality directly. It doesn't really depend that much on what sex they are primarily attracted to at all. There is something more powerful at work here: likability.
But as far a sexual attraction goes, most bisexuals are not 50/50. Most are not attracted to each sex equally. Generally speaking, most bisexuals favor one sex over the other.
Bisexuality means attracted to 2 ("bi") sexes. Bisexuality is not equivalent to "equisexuality."

I don't know if that's true or not. My ex-boyfriend is bisexual. He's primarily attracted to men, but he stayed with my female self for six years, and I was his longest-lasting relationship. I'm 50/50, so I can't answer for myself, either. I think it's more a matter of the individuals involved in the relationship than the gender.

They'd probably be inclined to be more patient and forgiving with the one they are most attracted with. But it's not an indicator of longevity in a relationship. Many factors affect a relationship. Even loving couples separate.

Not necessarily. Long relationships aren't based on someone's gender (for bisexuals, at least), but rather, on the individual.

I consider myself bisexual and as a man, I consider myself attracted to women on a physical, mental and emotional level. With men, however, it's predominantly physical. So my relationships are with women while flings are with men.

it really depends on what type of attraction a bi has for each sex. some bisexuals state they are sexaully attracted to one, yet romantically intersted in the other..
many guys i know say they want only sex from men, yet will desire sex and love and romance from women.. so it really depends on the individual.

If there is not an equal attraction, it is not bisexuality. Is everyone getting so liberal that they are letting common sense and logic ooze out of their brains and rot on the ground?
