Does Yahoo censor beyond the First Amendment?

Not everyone in the world has a First Amendment or a Constitution, for that matter. I'm sure they censor differently for different areas of the world. They censor above the Constitution because of the ages of people on this site. People who have no rights except the ones their parents give them, lol.
