how can you tell the difference between flirting and when someone likes you?

Ask him! ;) I would hint around or ask a friend to find out...it's really hard to tell. I don't know, it is impossbile to understand the innerworkings of a guy's brain. When I like someone I pay extra attention to them, go out of my way to speak to them, and touch them a lot. But then again if I am really comfortable with someone I will do the same to them so I guess I am just as confusing lol.

I think a guy will continue to say nice things to you over sometime. If he is flirting...comments will be made where you can tell what he wants. The rick is to wait him out. If he likes you it will not stop overnight. Do not ask him anything...just make sure he knows you welcome his advances.

If he is flirting with you, then he probably likes you. You should just ask him. Guys like it when women are direct, so take control and just ask him what he thinks of you!

If you want to know if a guy likes you,just ask him.You have nothing to loose.If he says yes,go from there.If he says no,your on to bigger and better things but you haven't spent a lot of wasted time trying to find out.

A guy normally slips up when he's talking to you if he likes you. Also, he points out similarities between either him and you, or him and your ex.

If they're flirting, they like you.
If you like him, take a chance, run up and grab his hand, wait a minute, and let go. Stay close to him, and if you picks your hand back up to hold it, you know.
That's what i did. Since then, i've been with him a year+

Ignore him in a friendly way. If he pursues you, he likes you. If he doesn't, he doesn't, and you should move on to someone else.
