SOMEONE takes SO MUCH offense to something I said that I am deactivated forever and Yahoo refuses to discuss it with me. I don't even know what it is I did, who reported it, or anything.
This ever happen to anyone? Anyone who's on marriage and divorce regularly likely would know me, but now I have to use another identity altogether.
Ugh! How can some TRULY OFFENSIVE people (you know the kind I mean) manage to survive on here, but I get shut down by someone who finds who-knows-what offensive???

Oh well. Time for a rebirth - Disco Stu is on the scene! Yowza!

same thing happened to me the other day. Boy, was I pissed. I always gave good, thought out answers, and only asked the questions I was curious about. All my stuff was very very lame and G-rated compared to some of this crap I read on here. I guess I offended someone. Yahoo, would not discuss the subject with me either. Told me to read community guidelines. Hell I do not know what answer or question did me in.

If its deactivated it will be suspended perpetually.yet there continues to be a fashion to get well it, it truly is by ability of contacting yahoo itself, you'd be requested about the infos in account. what number communities are there, who're those on your contact list and so on....Many IDs are being deactivated because of faulse accusations. After reporting to yahoo you may have your identity back in 3 or lesser days. desire this helps.

I have found that it is usually those who are abusive who do the reporting. Strange, isn't it. But I have been reported for saying something like. "I disagree with you." and first get a string of foul language and then I get reported. Sucks, doesn't it. Unfortunately, there seems to be no recourse and the trolls take over.
