caveman fancy dress?

am a 15year old guy and i have a caveman themed fancy dress party next saturday. what shall i wear??? please help. I am willing to try anything
do you guys have any tips on how to make a costume out of things that i would already have??

The biggest problem here is that it's still cold and cave-man outfits are usually kind of cold anyway. If you can get a big piece of fake fur or an old ratty furry looking coat cheap from the thrift shop, you can make a cape out of it. Hopefully it'll be warm enough that you don't need that.

The 'caveman' outfit is pretty much a one-sleeved ragged tunic. Get an oversized t-shirt in tan or brown. You should be able to belt it with a piece of rope or some leather laces knotted together - that's how long it needs to be. (Cavemen didn't wear pants - you can maybe get away with brown leggings or ratty shorts if you need to.)

Cut both sleeves off. then cut diagonally from one corner down to the bottom where the other sleeve was attached - or a little shallower. Make sure one shoulder is still intact!

Get some brown or black paint and paint an animal pattern on the fabric (like cheetah spots).

Find some used furry boots or moccasins. You can wear sandals if you've got nothing else.
