Which country reigns supreme is being developed in having the best Roads, Cars, Houses, Jobs, Phones, Internet, Parks, Attractivness, and Electronics combined?

This is interesting because Tech is generally, in economic terms, considered a CAPITAL good phenomenon, and you have listed mainly consumer goods.

Bear in mind that a nation need not be technologically advanced to enjoy consumption technology - it only need purchase it. The real key to understanding and differentiating levels of tech advancement stems from the use of advanced tech in production - tech that's likely to be kept a strong industrial secret.

Your criteria (roads, cars, houses, jobs, phones...etc) are not limited to tech. Indeed, you'd be best looking at, say, a UN human development index to determine those. Tech has very little to do with roads where roads are not the preferred means of transport, for example. Likewise, attractiveness is a function of sentiment, not of technology.

I would say the obvious answer is the U.S. We don't have the best passenger cars, but we do have the best trucks.
