How can I know when I am Fertile & get pregnant?

You get PREGNANT on your fertile days or Ovaluation days?
How can I know when is the right time to have SEX to get pregnant?
What kit I have to buy The fertile one or Ovaluation one?
If I see I am ovaluating I will have sex?
I am confused actually. How does this works? These fertile days & Ovaluation how does these works? Can someone explain it to me clearly please?

Your fertile days are the days around the time you would ovulate, which for most women are days 12-14 of their cycle. (Your cycle begins the first day of your period.) Really, the best way to get pregnant is to have sex a couple days before the ovulation time (which would be more like days 10 or 11), since you are more likely to get pregnant if the sperm is already in your body when an egg is released. Sperm can live up to 3 days in your body. More than likely, if you are a healthy young woman you will have a great chance of being perfectly fertile. If you want to buy an ovulation kit, those tell you when you are most fertile. However, like I said if you are already ovulating, it may be a little late since it's best to have sex a couple days before. Just start trying!
