between Apple & Bose - choose for Bose. yet given which you even pronounced Bose - it skill the two you're a girl or you're new into high quality earphones. for an identical money because of the fact the Bose tri-port you may get a Sennheiser CX500, that's miles purely before the Bose in Sound high quality, Passive noise isolation, convenience & guarantee (CX 500 has 2 year guarantee) - i understand cos I have been given the CX 500 first, gave it for a CX ninety 5 & in the present day am getting a Sennehiser CX 6. every physique with little awareness approximately high quality sound shouldn't & does no longer touch a Bose with a protracted stick. all of the wonderful (^_^)

Ah, Bose!
A triumph of marketing over common sense. It never ceases to amaze me how many people are certain that Bose is good, simply because they have been convinced by some bloke in a shop - who is trying to sell it to them.
Bose has a long standing and well deserved reputation in professional circles for poor sound quality, at a vastly over inflated price.
Don't believe? Then read any expert's review in any magazine or on any website, anywhere in the world - Bose always gets the pits. Always...

The Bose is better and here's why -
Just before Christmas, I walked into Curry's listening to my pod and discovered a working Apple and Bose unit side by side. The shop was full, but no one was in the MP3 isle!. Unpluging my earphones, I put my Pod onto the Apple unit. The sound was good but not perfect. I then swapped it over to the Bose, without stopping the track. Within seconds the isle was full of blokes with their wives (Picking their own present.), the sound was awsome and I think that the Bose unit was on a few wish lists that day!
I actually use an Onkyo Dock with my Stereo (Onkyo DS-A2B, Pioneer Amp and Mission Floor Standers). It is better for me, as it sends the playlist and menu's to my TV and it also outputs Video and Photo's to the screen.

I use the Bose to teach dance in a gym. The sound quality is outstanding and there is enough power so there isnt the corner with no music. Its the best thing i have bought.
