A very old old old old horse tied up ring so I been told that is what it is which dates back to the early 1900's during the time of the Victorian days, and it is still there yet and I not yet seen any horses tied up to it, it is cemented into the curb side along the side of a street located in San Diego of Golden Hills of the Historic district.
