I would guess that your bunny is now "mature" enough to be bred, and she is having a tough time handling the hormones that come with that. Lots of Does (girl bunnies) get territorial at this point and won't let anyone touch their cage or coop. My suggestion would be to get her spayed if you are not going to breed her. (And there is really no reason to breed her, lots of things can go wrong and you wouldn't want anything to happen to her.)
Try putting on a thick pair of gloves and removing her from her cage. You may find her attitude is different away from her "territory".
If that is the case, I'd spay her as soon as possible. Otherwise you will need to learn to handle her, whether she wants to or not...

She's getting through her teenage years, so it's time to get her spayed. Spaying is the best thing you can do for your companion rabbit. It is expensive, but 80% of rabbits who don't have a litter and are not spayed will die before age 5 years. Spaying will alter this aggressive behavior and also calm down her personality. I can't suggest spaying and neutering rabbits enough!

First off she would be better off getting spayed. Unspayed females have an 80% cancer rate. This will probably help with the aggression. Also, give her more space. The moe she will have the less she will be territorial about what little she does have. http://www.rabbit.org

Spaying her will likely give her a very needed attitude adjustment. It will also help protect her from developing cancer.
