I headbutted someone at my job...or worse get fired?

Yeah you would loose this lame as.$ job that we work at, but I could name a few people that I would love for you to headbutt like RED FRED!!

Yes, you would - a civil suit for assault as well as most likely getting fired for instigating an altercation with another employee. Try some anger management...or a new job!

It really depends on your relationship with your coworkers and management. If you get along well with your boss or haven't had any problems before, you may just get written up.
