This is a drag racing show. These guys build bad azz muscle cars and drift cars and race other gear heads for pink slips and pink slips are the ownership papers of the car. Hance the name Pinks.

People drag race their cars, the one who loses three races signs his pink slip, or ownership, over to the winner.

If its the show Im thinkin about its a show where people race their cars for the "pink slips"...basically if they lose the race they lose their car.
