I don't have my social yet, and I can't wait for it, I need a Tax ID, for a job I want now. and it only takes a day to get a Tax Id. that's what I want not the social.

Personal Tax ID is your Social Security number. Go to Social Security and apply for a number.....They will give you a letter for any potential employers that says you have applied for a Social Security number.
