How can I report to the IRS/Housing Authority.......?

That a "landlord" is recieving multiple rents with out reporting it? And Property is not zoned for tennants.

She doesnt have a supervisor, She's "playing" Landlord.

www.HUD.gov and look up enforcement under the "section 8" page. They will nail her.

No need to report to IRS, HUD investigators should let them know.

call his supervisors or go to the top person--all of the taxpayers are footing this bill.
