I have to write a report about a conflict that is ocurring right now in a country other than the United States. It cannot be the war in Iraq either. Please state a source I could go to if possible.

Its ultimate destiny remains unresolved and renewed violence could erupt at any time. The Sudan; Israel and Palestine (and Lebanon); India and Pakistan are constantly arguing about Kashmir; they might do for starters.
You might try reading some of John Pilger's reportage - he's published several books of essays - as the best place to start for a relatively quick introduction to the issues, although he's a pretty angry man about the damage that people do to one another and needs to be read with that in mind.

world hunger, gas prices, POVERTY, unemployment, unfair laws, no rights, ect. ect. these are all very good ones, but it will be extremely easy to find more....
