If you go to the smoke shop they have these herbal pills that people take to pass drug tests. The are full of good detoxifying herbs and they will make you feel like you have to pee alot. I was starting to get a bladder infection and felt feverish before I took them then after I took them it went away. Its called clear choice.

I recommend Dr. Christopher's herbal cleansing formulas: Lower Bowel, Liver and Gall Bladder, Bloodstream and Liver. They work together in cleansing the whole body so toxins don't just chase around from one system to the next.
As for "home remedies" - you can stock up on prune juice and pure [no added sugar] apple juice and plenty of steam distilled water and go on a 3-day juice fast. You start by drinking 16 oz of prune juice when you wake up in the morning then about 1/2 hour later drink a glass of apple juice - then alternate drinking a glass of water and a glass of apple juice every half hour throughout the day. Sure you will go to the bathroom more - but that is the whole idea - it is flushing the toxins out.
Red Clover tea is a blood purifier.

One of the best ways to get started is to take a bio-available whey protein. In a nut shell, what this does is it provides the essential amino acids that are deficient in our normal diets. These in turn, are used by your body to make glutathione. One of the jobs of glutathione is to detoxify the body. This type of approach has even been successful in detoxifying people in drug rehab centers. It will particularly clean your liver, but glutathione is for all of the cells in your body.

I haven`t heard of anything. But I would recommend you use Herbal Aloe Drink, 21-Day Herbal Cleansing Program, or Florafiber.
I have used the Florafiber, and the Herbal Aloe Drink, I haven`t used the 21-day Cleanser yet, but my friend really like it.

Detoxification is an all home-made process. Good to hear, right? You'll never have to see a doctor for detoxification, because your body is fit to deal with it all.
1: Eat light fruit. Citrus fruit is known for its healing properties in particular; Make sure all fruits you eat (exception of bananas and avocados, which are still safe) are organic during detox.
2: Eat green, leafy vegetables. Spinaches are great and cheap; Make sure it's organic during detox.
3: Flax seeds, flax powder, psyllium husks, and bent. clay are very, very good for pushing toxic material out of the colon. Almost all detox plans orient around one of these things (or all of them).
4: Herbal tea is light and beneficial. I don't believe it should be the primary ingredient in a detox, but, depending on the blend, it can be a very powerful tool. Make sure that the tea you purchase or mix contains clove ingredients (high ORAC rating; very high antioxidant count). If you're colon cleansing, things like peppermint and fennel are great. Ginger is good for many things, black pepper is good for many things, dandelion is very good for liver and other organ detox... List goes on. Strong blends are far more effective, of course, so make sure the blend is fresh (smells and taste fresh is all you need to know) and that you're sipping. Don't stress the kidneys by guzzling.
5: Apple Cider Vinger, MSM, Coral Calcium, etc are all effective in assisting your body in detoxification, so experiment with them all. : ) Coral Calcium is one I recommend for all things; Even in tea! It ionizes in the tea or water and literally cleans the water of many contaminants. It's also a very easily absorbed source of calcium, unlike your casually-hard-pilled supplements.
Many different ways, but do remember that periodic fasting will do as much for you in two or three bouts as a year of 'eating healthier' and using 'supplements' that are no better for you than drugs.
Good luck. : )
EDIT: I forgot to mention! There's a brand of tea called Yogi Tea that's very clean and pure, is fairly fresh, and is mostly organic. The materials are blended into their tea bags (sold in boxes) and are named by-the-blend in specific to conditions. Example: I'm holding a box right now that's named "DeTox" ('made with organic dandelion' - 'promotes healthy liver and kidney function*' etc).
I mention it because this brand is fairly easy to find in places that have health-oriented products or an organic section. Also, if you're low on money and need an example of what theyre like first, go to the Yogi Tea website (google it or something) and sign up for their free samples. you just have to give your address and such and pick a sample package (only three different tea bags, but it's still a nice thing to have if you want proof of the taste) and you'll get it sooner or later. : P
