I just got it today and I don't know how to access it or to open it up at all, I just want to take pics, or video, you know mess around, how do I open it??

It might be helpful to post the exact model of your HP laptop.
Also, have you tried just reading the directions? HP laptops usually come with a quick-start guide as well as a full instruction manual.

if u just wanna take pics there might be a shortcut on the desktop for the webcam. i have one where it says orbicam. ur might say something else. if u cant find it email me. also give me the model # and i will tell u what to do.
