have a meeting as in hurdle up or tell them to shut up and listen to the captain
when i was in highschool i was in volleyball
three people didn't get along. i was the captain and called a meeting. i told them to straighten out and keep their personal things out of the game.
i told them to use their anger to win the game. we ended up winning the game.

Not getting along means - they don't like each other as they are very different - and they don't respect and acceptthese differences. It also means poor communication skills, low morale, egoism....
and so on.
I don't know what the case is with your team - but what is to be recognized is that everyone takes a role in a team- here you may have 3 people who might be candidates for one and the same role - so what you may do is to diversify the team with more members and thus bring some balance. Also you should make them change roles- they should try to get in each others' shoes more often, carry out different obligations - that way try to understand each other more and accept differences....
Also they should interact more--- its important that they vary circumstances of interaction- take them to a dinner,
movie...But most of all make them work all the time together - in the end they ll figure out a way to cope with the differences ...
Don't voice out they have problems- they know it themselves - they will overcome it - but they ll remember your words..This will only leave scars to memory...
Good luck

on a personal note what one would do is just calmly state this
look I know we don't get a long but our personal thoughts are not the team we need to stick together for the team! its us owning up to our responsablities. We may not like each other but how about we just stay away as much as possilbe and if we have to work closer together lets just think about the TEAM and there is no I in team!
If you don't want to do this alone do this infrom of team member coaches and what not! you will look good because you are stepping up to the problem and finding a way around it!
don't be upset if it don't work the other team member may not be as grown

I don't care as long as they do their jobs and don't violate company policy.
