I think Florida has the best chance and UNC and Kansas have really good shots too, if you want a good pick for the Final Four or beyond thats not a 1 or 2 go with Texas A&M, they have a good shot if you look at their matchups, they matchup well against Ohio State which is the toughest oponent in their region.

I would have to make a case for UCLA to make a hell of a run. They basically have home field advantage up until the elite eight. Their games are in California. Their biggest competition will be against Kansas and they will face it in Sacramento, California which is still relatively in their own back yard.
