Do not vacuum for awhile , it could have rolled or bounced under anything. Get friends together { one's you trust } and get on your hands and knees and just look and feel for it ! Also ,check your hair and bed really good , also , check or have someone who knows what they're doing check the traps in all your sinks ! Good Luck !

the only thing u can do is look really hard, and be sure u CLOSLEY moniter the things that go in and out of the area u lost it, by that i mean ur house

you just look for it. if you can't find it...get a replacement.
diamonds are much easier to find!
