How do i get Cassie's Ventura's body???

I like her body for some reason. I am in a nice shape but my stomach, arms, thighs, and neck are into that in good shape.

do 200 crunches a day.. thats realllly good for your abs
do squats.. and hold for a mintue or 2
jump ropeing works all of your muscels
riding your bike
good healthy food....its really not good to work out then not eating after words
alos heavy workouts for short periods of time.( 10 minutes)
is suppost to be the fastest way!

I think every guy seems to ask that same question. Buy her a couple dozen drinks :)

She has a bit of muscle and contrary to popular belief, muscle on women is hotter than skinny women. I don't mean any disrespect from saying this but women tend to think its so easy to gain muscle. Body builders lift 5 days a week for years and years and years before they have the proper physique. Cassie has a little bit of muscle, like a girl on a volleyball or softball team but without looking butch. Almost like a basketball/softball player but still really hot. Eat healthy, lift weights and run a lot and you'll start getting closer to looking like her.

I don't know about getting in shape and what not. However if you want her body you should kidnap her and store her body in a pretty clear case!

Just work at it that is all you can do; crunches, sit ups, push ups, jogging, lift weights, all that kinda stuff. You could join a gym. Just be persistant and eventually you will be in great shape!
