Its a kids song.. Something about Jack something could eat no fat, then he ate pumpkin seeds on hallween. IT kept a good tune.

well, there is the mother goose rhyme.

jack sprat could eat no fat.
his wife could eat no lean.
and so, you see, betwixt them both
the licked the platter clean.

i suppose you could twist it around to make it have something to do with pumpkin seeds though...
