No, if you have a miscarriage, then there will be blood. There are cases where the baby dies, but the mother's body doesn't 'expel' it - in those cases it will be picked up when you go to your doctor's appointments.
Don't worry too much, it's not good for you or the baby. I know the amount of stress you're going through, I've had three miscarriages before (all before 12 wks) and are now 14 wks pregnant. I'm still worried, but I must say, the levels of stress has gone down a bit.
If you've lost the baby through a miscarriage, you'll know. Just take it easy, go to your scheduled appointments and try to enjoy the 'ride'.
Think of it this way, nothing you do or don't do (well no normal stuff anyway) is going to stop a miscarriage, so you might as well not worry about it constantly. If it's gonna happen, there's not much you or a doctor can do - especially in the first trimester.

No. If you are worried about a miscarriage, just take it easy. Don't lift heavy objects, get lots of rest, and eat well. Sometimes your body just decides it's not ready to be pregnant. I had a miscarriage in November at 11 weeks, without any warning. I had been doing all the "right" things- but it happened any way. A miscarriage can be caused by many things- your body is not ready, the baby has a genetical problem, your uterus is not prepared. Don't worry about a miscarriage- just take things easy. The good news is, 90% of women who have a miscarriage continue on to have children. I'm pregnant again, at 7 weeks- a miscarriage is a disheartening event, but sometimes it was just meant to be. Good Luck.

I am pretty sure you would know if you miscarried. If you are going for regular pre-natal appointments you would know then because they listen to the heartbeat every time. Otherwise, if you miscarried, it would exit your body and there would be blood. If it died inside of you and wasn't rejected by your body, then that would be apparent at your prenatal appointment. That's the best I can do. Don't worry...there is no reason to think that you would miscarry. Good Luck & Congrats ;-)

You will know if you are having one. It feels like a really bad, crampy period. Just take it easy, get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids, and don't stress.
I have 3 kids, but I also had 1 miscarriage before my kids.

Hi, You shouldn't worry because you can put stress on your body and you baby. If you don't feel any lower back pain or expereience any bleeding then you should be fine. Just make sure with you doctor that everything is okay with you and your baby. congrats.
