My friend made fun of someone else and another person heard her. That person told the girl my friend made fun of. Now the girl is really mad at my friend. My friend isnt even friends with the girl but should she still feel bad???

It looks like your friend is learning a lesson in making fun of people. Yes, she should feel bad for a little while. Consider it her punishment for making fun of the girl. :-)

She was kind of mean, but if she didn't say she was sorry then that girl has every right to still be mad at her. Imagine someone making fun of you, then feeling bad about it. You don't know she feels bad, so you just go on hating her. That's probably how this other girl feels.

yeah she should feel bad especially for making fun of a person she probably doesn't even know that well.
