back in the cold war, in america there were comics about superman fighting hitler, does anyone kno if there were such comics that showed it the other way around in russia or germany? for example, a communist superhero burning american flags and stoping the atomic bomb?

I don’t know if there was ever a Russian-published superhero, but there have been Russian superheroes. Examples include Marvel’s Black Widow and Titanium Man. DC has also had some. The first Starfire (not the Teen Titans character, but the guy before her.)

DC also did a story that explored what if Superman’s rocket had landed in Russia and he was raised as a communist. It was titled Red Son.

Wiki will categorize heroes as to what nationality they are. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of each article, they will have a number of sub-categories. You could probably search on Russian Super Heroes

I grew up in Russia and I don't remember ever having super hero comics unless they were American and translated into Russian. And we don't burn American flags - American teachers beat us to that.
