What if u have a friend who wont answer you when u try to ask them a question.?

Not much info there. Are you trying to ask them about a specific thing that they don't want to talk about? If so, then just leave it alone.
If they won't talk to you in general, then just find someone else to talk to.

Then you have a not very good friend. They are either hiding stuff from you, or they don't trust you. Either way, it's not healthy
