How can you tell if theyre authentic or not, same with D&G etc.Thanks

It is lined in satin type material and has a leather lable sewn in which says louis vuitton made in france.

the purse will have a number in the leather on the tab on the side of the purse...It also may have one on the inside to...It will have a registration number if it is real..

I lived in the Far East for five years, where these bags are really popular.
It is very easy to spot the fakes. Look at the material and design, as other people have said. In addition, fake bags usually fall apart within a couple of weeks. The workmanship is often poor, to the naked eye this can easily be seen.
To test this theory, take your bag to any second hand shop, and I can guarantee they will be able to tell the difference!

The quality of leather is the only way to tell. If you go to the store and look at your bag- you can usually see if yours is real of not. For example, I have a coach bag that is lined in leather but the real one is lined in Patent leather. Therefor, mine is fake. Either way, nobody can really tell.

i am sure LV bags are a type of canvas not leather also the only possible way to tell they are genuine is to buy it from a reputable store with a reciept not off the market or ebay

but if you will go to a show room then definitely you will have an original stuff..

who cares? please show your individuality by NOT buying a LV or D&G bag. everyone seems to have one and i am so not impressed. it just screams FASHION VICTIM!
