Yes, it's good. If you're expecting it to be exactly like Twilight you might be slightly disappointed. But think about it, if there weren't new conflicts and circumstances introduced, it would be boring. So I definitely recommend reading the book.

It is VERY good and VERY worth reading! It's the sequel to Twilight, so if you haven't already read that then read it first, but if you like Twilight it is just as good. I know that the books have a whole fan base along with the people who enjoy books by Scott Westerfeld, Holly Black, Libba Bray, Francesca Lia Block, etc, so if you like them then you're in good company!

If you've read Twilight then i strongly suggest that you do read new moon. Its not as good but its really gonna make you hate edward...lol. i hope it helps...
